Fitness consultants and personal trainers work hard on a regular basis to solve weight loss problems and meet fitness goals. Only about 16% of the population is looking to be fit. Why is only a small part of the population looking to get into shape?! We’ll look at the problem in two forms.
Scientific: How many calories do you take in per day? Does this number exceed your allotted amount given your lifestyle?

Social: How does popular/social culture impact our mindset?
Think and Be Fit is a way to figure out how you can achieve your weight loss and fitness goals. By thinking about what is important in your life, and not just the goal itself, success is attainable. People may lose weight, or get in shape and still not be happy. When it comes to the human body, we can shape your body to meet the image you think about, and that is Think and Be Fit.
