How you look, what you wear, who you know, what church you go to, what college you graduated from says life is all about image so obviously it’s important to us. Think and be fit takes the wrong part of body image out and puts the right part in. Freeplay Athletic Training will teach you exactly how to get the most from your fitness and training and motivate you all along the way.
Last time, we discussed the problems our image can create. This time, we will discuss how to THINK your way to being fit.
Phase 1) THINK about the foods you eat. How will your body respond to these foods?
Phase 2) THINK and believe, that walking on a treadmill and riding a bike will not shape your body. (CARDIO)
Phase 3) THINK about how you do something. THINK about what you’re doing. THINK of everything you can do when it comes to resistance training.
The Bottom Line: Losing weight and toning up are two different things. You can’t get a six pack by weight loss alone.
